How to rip multiple DVDs in "Batch convert " mode:

Introduction

Have all your DVDs on your hard disc and want to enjoy them on mobile devices now? Tired of converting only one DVD at a time and waiting for the rest of the conversion? The "Rip" mode is just for you. You can rip a single DVD or multiple DVDs at a time, either from a DVD disc or from your hard disc. Every task can be designed seperately.The functions of "Batch conversion" and "Automatically shut down the computer when job is done" make the computer do the rest of the work, so you don't have to wait.

Step One: Download and install iLead DVD Ripper

Click here to download iLead DVD Ripper. After the download, run the .exe file to install.

 

Step Two: Run iLead DVD Ripper and switch to "Rip" mode

 

Run iLead DVD Ripper and press to switch to "Rip" mode.

You will see the main screen appearing like this:

Step Three: Choose audio track and subtitle

 

In "Rip" mode, you can rip a single DVD or multiple DVDs at a time,either from a DVD disc or from your hard disc.

 

1）Click on "Add a task" button to select the DVD source folder.

 

It can be a DVD drive which contains a DVD disc or a folder on your hard disc.

 

2) Select the titles and chapters you want to convert by clicking on the check box before them.

 

 

Click on "Get DVD info" to get information of the DVD from the Internet.

 

3) Select the subtitle, audio and angle you want for every title. Set the conversion time

 

Click Subtitle to choose a output subtitle. Choose Audio to set audio track.

Click Angle to set camer angle.

Set Conversion time by filling in the "from" blank and "To" blank.

4) Press "OK" to confirm and get back to main menu.

Step Four: Set up a proper profile and relevant codec

 

Select a profile. Click profile to choose the correct profile for your mobile device or pc.

 

 

Then click Configure to adjust the relevant parameters.

For example, if you are using #system codec, divx codec
First, click , and the Audio and Video settings box appears like this:

Click Video Encoder and choose Divx codec.
To set 1-pass encoding DVD, first click Encoding Type and choose Singlepass.

Click to open a box like this:

Select the Rate control mode, and choose 1-pass. Then, click OK
To set a 2-pass encoding dvd,first click to open divx box.
.
Select the Rate control mode, and choose Multipass, 1st pass .
Then, click OK.
Back to the dvd ripper menu, click to open a dialog box like this:

Select the Rate control mode, and choose Multipass, Nth pass .
Then, click OK.

Step Five: Set multiple tasks

 

Repeat step 3 to 4 to add multiple tasks from different folders on your hard disc.

No matter how many titles you've selected, there will be only one task added for one DVD.

 

 

To remove the task, press "Delete selected task" button

To edit the added task, press "Task properties" button

Step Six:Start Conversion

 

Press "Start Ripping" button to begin.

 

When finished,you can choose "Open output folder to check the output file(s), or do nothing!
