Step One: Download and install the iLead Video Converter Pro

Step Two: Run iLead Video Converter Pro and make task list
Run iLead Video Converter Pro, and you will see the main screen appears like this:
Choose profile for out-put files:
Click on the drop-down column to open profile list:
Find the very profile for your device in the secondary list:
Load files and edit your task list.
Here' re the buttons control the task list :
To add your conversion task(s);Tip:You can drag-and-drop the files into the list
To remove selected task(s).
To clear the task list
and 
move the task up or down to decide conversion order.
Step Three: Customize output files
Customize will be done in "Preview and Settings" window
Open and close "Preview and Settings" window:
Preview previous task
Play selected task
Pause preview
Stop preview
Preview next task
Toggle to full screen preview
Picture Adjustment :
Click on 
to switch to crop setting:
Play the video before you want to crop it, so you can see the changes as you drag the adjusting bar:
Saturation: The colorfulness of the picture.
Brightness: The total amount of light in the picture.
Contrast: Increasing it will make the picture look sharper.
Click on the 
button to return to original setting in each item.
When everything is set, click on 
join button to output the multiple videos as one file.
